Since its inception, Cornell has been at the leading edge of the welding and fabrication industry. Starting as one-person operation in 1967, Cornell has since expanded to serve various diverse markets throughout North America, including, but not limited to: the rail industry, precast concrete manufacturing, trailers and mobile equipment manufacturing, the mining equipment industry, and more.
For 50 years, Cornell has set the standard for mastery in aluminium and steel fabricated components and complex welding assembly. We are proud of our reputation for quality in all that we do.

Outstanding production starts with state-of-the-art equipment and processes - precision laser cutters, high-definition plasma cutters, CNC braking and fabricating equipment. We also continually meet every industry standard of excellence: our team of welders are trained to CWB and CSA standards, and also capable of welding to AWS specifications. In addition to our ISO certifications, we are also registered in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, plant-certified by the National Precast Concrete Association, and a member of the Precast Concrete Association of Ontario.
